RODA Group and Dexelance: strategic alliance finalized

Thanks to its solid experience, production hubs, and established international network, Roda will take on a leadership role in Dexelance’s future projects within an increasingly strategic and expanding outdoor segment.

The agreement foresees Dexelance entering the share capital of RODA Group through a minority stake, while maintaining RODA’s governance unchanged.
