The Greenhouse: between Sustainability and Design, RODA’s 2022 collections at the Salone del Mobile
The 60th edition of the Salone del Mobile, from 7th to 12th June, has celebrated quality, innovation, beauty and, now more than ever, sustainability.
This year, at the Salone del Mobile in Milan, RODA tells of an increasingly aware and responsible furniture company, based on the value of sustainability, on the continuity between “In&out”, and on a celebration of “outdoor happiness”.
Towards the centre of the stand, RODA presents Onda, designed by Gordon Guillaumier, a family of upholstered textile seats including a chaise longue, an armchair, and a pouf, a new soft, compact product characterized by comfort and an innovative waterproof coating system for excellent outdoor performance.
The other areas of the stand have ben furnished with Mamba, a collection of upholstered modular sofas designed by Rodolfo Dordon; Plein Air, designed by Michael Anastassiades, a collection consisting of an armchair and tables of different sizes; Levante designed by Piero Lissoni to fully experience the outdoors and made entirely of teak; the Aspic coffee table family, designed by Gordon Guillaumier and Norma, the versatile, modular outdoor kitchen designed by Rodolfo Dordoni.
The 2022 collections are a symbol of RODA’s continuous pursuit of innovation and beauty, with creations that are different among themselves yet recognisably consistent with the company’s design philosophy and utmost attention to nature, well-being and lasting quality in every single detail.
