Vista Ostuni is a five-star luxury hospitality brand that, in 2025, returns the former Manifattura Tabacchi to the community after more than 60 years of abandonment. A careful and respectful restoration transforms this symbolic place into a new emblem of the city, now part of The Leading Hotels of the World collection.
Il progetto, firmato dall’architetto Roberto Murgia (RMA), valorizza l’identità storica e territoriale grazie al contributo degli artigiani locali, con l’obiettivo di attualizzare gli spazi senza snaturarli.
Gli ambienti si sviluppano in continuità con il paesaggio: interni ed esterni dialogano in perfetta armonia tra natura, storia e architettura.
The gardens, spanning three hectares and designed by landscape architect Erik Dhont, interpret the Mediterranean landscape as a fluid and immersive system, rich in biodiversity, scents and local traditions.
The pool areas are furnished with MISTRAL teak sun loungers and LAZE design armchairs, selected to blend elegantly into the natural setting.
The rooftop infinity pool, suspended between sky and sea, offers breathtaking views and is set within a Mediterranean roof garden. This is complemented by a spectacular outdoor pool, nestled in the landscape and opening onto the seafront garden and olive groves.
Vista Ostuni is both a destination and a starting point: a unique place that celebrates the territory and invites discovery.
