Erice
Erice is an outdoor chair with arms where handcrafted work becomes a decorative and distinctive element. The laser-cut aluminum structure features a sequence of openings that act as a real loom: through these holes, the belts are woven, creating a geometric pattern of color blocks with a strong design and visual impact.
Inspired by the traditional rugs of the Sicilian village from which it takes its name, Erice reinterprets artisanal weaving in a contemporary key. Like in a fabric, the “weft” of the belts and the “warp” of the metal define a dynamic and light pattern, changing according to the point of view.
The cord-wrapped arms and the seat cushion add comfort and tactile warmth, emphasizing the dialogue between technical elements and material details. The result is a chair with arms featuring a subtle graphic presence, capable of furnishing outdoor spaces with elegance, color and a memory of artisanal gestures.
